Cozy Comfort Chili
Ingredients
1 Celery stalk
1/4 onion
1/2 bell peppers
2 garlic cloves
assorted spices to taste
1 tsp olive oil
3 oz ground 95% lean beef
7 oz diced tomatoes with juice
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup pinto beans
1/4 cup kidney beans
1 oz of cheese cheddar low fat or fat free
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic, onion, celery, or bell pepper with your favorite spices in oil.
Add ground beef and cook through. Stir in diced tomatoes with all of the juice, black beans, pinto beans, and kidney beans. Stir together and cook until bubbly.
Top with shredded cheese. Tip: 1 oz. shredded low fat cheese is 1/4 cup
This chili is really good, and I am so happy that I get to share this with others. This amount is made for one person so you can always double your amounts to fit the needs for your family.
