I am so sorry for neglecting my blog the last week or so. My family has been VERY busy. We spent a week fighting with the hospital about a DNR/DNI for Handsome and then we finally got to bring him home. (blog about that coming soon) And once he came home, things got hectic with trying to get back into a routine. Plus, Heidi and Skywalker started school last week, on top of everything else. We have just been busy, busy, busy.
But, I'm back... For Now!
And, I'm back to getting into shape.
I started Turbo Fire today, one of those beachbody programs, that people swear by. And I plan on seeing it through. I have forty pounds to lose and six inches in the waist to be where I was before my fifth pregnancy. I love fitness. I love eating healthy. I just lost sight of that when I got pregnant last year, but I anticipate Turbo Fire being the kick in the butt I need to get myself back in shape. I am inviting all my readers to join me on my journey!
I did take a Day One photo, but I won't be posting any of them until I finish the program, but I will share my measurements!
Weight: 152 lbs.
Waist: 34 inches
Hips: 39 inches
Thighs: 24.5 inches
Arms: 12.5 inches
Let's see how many of those numbers I can get to go down in ninety days!
