Today is the end of my first week of turbo fire. I honestly did not think I would get to say that! I thought I'd give up on day two, but I'm have so much fun doing these workouts. I just did the Stretch 40 class and let me tell ya, it felt good! I was really nervous about this workout, because on the forums people seem to hate it and in the past I have struggled with yoga videos, but this was by far my favorite workout, so far. And even though it was just stretching, I was trenched with sweat fifteen minutes into the DVD.
This is the only time I'm going to post a weekly measurement update. After this I'm just posting every 30 days!

Arms: 12 in
Thighs: 23.5 in
Hips: 39 in
Waist: 34 in
And I'm not even eating that well! Had Mcdonald's one night!
